1. Service summary
PokeMap US ("the service") is a free, unofficial fan utility that displays a curated list of Pokémon Trading Card Game retail and vending locations across the United States. Use of the service is provided as-is, without warranty of any kind.
2. No affiliation
The service is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Nintendo, The Pokémon Company, Pokémon Company International, Pokémon Center, Target, Walmart, GameStop, or any retailer listed. All trademarks and characters are property of their respective owners.
3. Accuracy
Location, opening hours, and stock information may be incomplete or out of date. You should verify any detail with the retailer before relying on it. The service is not liable for travel costs, missed product launches, or other losses arising from inaccurate data.
4. User content
When you submit a location report, comment, or other contribution, you grant the service a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, edit, and republish that content for the purpose of operating the service. You retain copyright in your contributions.
5. Acceptable use
You may not scrape the service in bulk, attempt to circumvent rate limiting, or use the service to harass other users or retailers. We reserve the right to block accounts or IPs that violate these terms.
6. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on the homepage with at least 7 days of notice.
